This is a super quick and easy treat – and in fact, it’s actually pretty healthy. The crushed amaretti biscuits on top are optional, but it’s a great excuse to buy a bag and treat yourself with your morning coffee…

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 200g yoghurt
  • 250g frozen summer fruits
  • spoonful of crushed amaretti biscuit

Method

  1. Add the honey, yoghurt and frozen summer fruits into a blender and whizz until blended.
  2. Spoon into a bowl and serve with crushed biscuit on top.
